100 Candles
In Yōkai Night, the whole group plays toward one goal: put out 100 candles. Every finished season round snuffs some. When the last one goes out, everyone who helped is rewarded, and Nani Pix wakes the Gashadokuro, a giant skeleton, for one boss game.
Snuffing candles

A round that’s still running, or one that was stopped, snuffs nothing.
Nani Pix posts the counter card in the game topic at 25, 50 and 75 candles. The skulls pile up and the Gashadokuro climbs out of the ground as the count rises.

Reaching 100
Section titled “Reaching 100”When a round puts out the 100th candle, every player who helped gets 80 🪙 and the title Gashadokuro Slayer. You helped if, in a finished season round before that moment, you:
- made at least one guess, right or wrong;
- hosted it (HARD MODE rounds don’t count: Nani Pix hosts those);
- or won it.
The reward is paid once. Players who join in after the 100th candle don’t get it.
The Gashadokuro
Section titled “The Gashadokuro”Once the candles are out, Nani Pix starts the boss game herself, as soon as no round is running and quiet hours allow. She takes the next turn for it, even from the last round’s winner. The boss game is a normal 5-stage round with an anime from the season’s theme, but:
- every stage is haunted, and the twists pile up: stage 1 is mirrored, stage 2 adds the Tanuki leaf, stage 3 the Yūrei double, stage 4 the Kyōkotsu X-ray, and stage 5 keeps all four. None of them lift. The reveal is still clean.
- guessers earn ×2 Season XP and ×3 🪙, on top of the haunting’s ×2 🪙, so ×6 🪙 in all. Nani Pix hosts it, so there’s no host reward.
- it snuffs no candles.
The boss game happens once per season. If it is stopped, it comes back. It doesn’t start once the season is closing.
Every win of a haunted round, or of the boss game, earns you a bone 🦴, and Nani Pix
tells you in a private message. Collect 7 and she assembles the ☠️ Mini Skeleton
name flair for you: the Bone Collector set. Equip it in
/cosmetics.
Bones are only counted while the season runs, and the flair is yours to keep. /candles
shows how many bones you have.
